Thymosin Alpha-1 for Immune Function & Defense — Immunity
Potent immunomodulator for enhancing immune function, fighting chronic infections, and supporting recovery from illness.
Overview
Thymosin Alpha-1 (TA-1) is a 28-amino acid peptide originally isolated from the thymus gland. It plays a critical role in T-cell maturation, immune system regulation, and inflammatory response modulation. With over 70 clinical trials and approval in 30+ countries (marketed as Zadaxin/Thymalfasin), TA-1 has demonstrated efficacy in chronic hepatitis, cancer adjuvant therapy, sepsis, and immune enhancement.
Indications
- Chronic viral infections (hepatitis B/C, COVID-19)
- Immune system optimization and disease prevention
- Cancer adjuvant therapy during chemotherapy
- Sepsis and severe acute infections
- Vaccine response enhancement
- Chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction
Mechanism of Action
Chronic viral infection, cancer, or immunosenescence impairs T-cell function and immune defense
