Thymalin for Immune Restoration & Longevity — Immunity

Natural thymic polypeptide complex. Landmark 6-8 year longevity study. COVID-19 clinical data. Russian pharmaceutical (40+ years). NOT FDA-approved.

Overview

Thymalin is a natural polypeptide complex extracted from calf thymus glands, developed in the USSR in 1974 by Vladimir Khavinson and Vyacheslav Morozov at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology. Originally created for military applications (radiation exposure, chemical poisoning). Registered as pharmaceutical immunomodulator in Russia since 1992. LANDMARK LONGEVITY DATA: The most compelling evidence comes from a 6-8 year study of 266 elderly patients where Thymalin alone reduced mortality 2.0-2.1x, and combined with Epithalamin (pineal peptide) achieved 4.1x mortality reduction. COVID-19 TRIALS: In severe COVID-19, Thymalin produced dramatic results within 48 hours: 2x lymphocyte increase, 8x CRP reduction, 7.2x D-dimer reduction. A controlled trial of 36 patients showed 92% lymphocyte increase and prevented cytokine storm. ACTIVE PEPTIDES: Contains short bioactive peptides including EW (thymogen), KE (vilon), and EDP (crystagen) that bind DNA/histone proteins to regulate gene expression, immune protein synthesis, and stem cell differentiation. 40+ years of human use with exceptional safety record — no systemic toxicity, no hormonal alteration, no immune overstimulation.

Indications

  • Immune restoration and T-cell/B-cell ratio normalization
  • Longevity and anti-aging (2.0-4.1x mortality reduction in landmark study)
  • COVID-19 and severe respiratory infection support (92% lymphocyte increase)
  • Post-illness immune recovery (flu, pneumonia, chronic infections)
  • Immunosenescence (age-related immune decline)
  • Pre-travel and seasonal immune preparation
  • Post-surgery and post-trauma regeneration support
  • Adjunct cancer immunotherapy (post-chemotherapy/radiation)
  • Anti-tumor support (>50% tumor arrest in preclinical models)
  • Radiation and chemical exposure recovery (original military application)
  • Chronic autoimmune condition support

Mechanism of Action

Aging, infection, chemotherapy, radiation, or chronic disease impairs thymic function. T-cell production declines, cytokine balance shifts pro-inflammatory, and adaptive immunity weakens
