Methyldrostanolone (Superdrol) for Extreme Lean Mass — Anabolic Steroids

Ultra-potent oral DHT derivative with extreme hepatotoxicity. Never approved for medical use.

Overview

Methyldrostanolone (Superdrol/Methasterone) is an extremely potent oral anabolic steroid that was sold as a 'designer steroid' supplement from 2005-2012 before being classified as Schedule III. It is structurally the 17-alpha-methylated version of Masteron (drostanolone), making it orally bioavailable but with extreme hepatotoxicity. Despite never being approved for any medical use, it has an impressive anabolic-to-androgenic ratio of approximately 400:20, making it highly selective for muscle tissue. Superdrol does NOT aromatize, producing dry, dense, hard muscle gains without water retention. It is considered the most hepatotoxic oral AAS available, with multiple published case reports of acute liver failure, cholestatic jaundice, and hospitalization. Gains of 10-15 lbs of lean mass in 3-4 weeks are reported, but the extreme liver toxicity limits use to very short cycles.

Indications

  • Never approved for any medical indication
  • Extreme lean mass accrual (non-medical)
  • Rapid dry strength and mass gains
  • Cosmetic muscle density and hardness

Mechanism of Action

Pursuit of rapid, dry, dense muscle gains with full acceptance of extreme hepatotoxicity risk (NOT medically indicated)
