Overview
Fluoxymesterone (Halotestin) is one of the most potent oral androgens ever developed, with an anabolic-to-androgenic ratio of 1900:850 relative to methyltestosterone. Despite these extreme numbers, Halotestin does not produce significant muscle mass gains; instead, it dramatically enhances strength, aggression, and neural drive through CNS stimulation and androgen receptor density in neural tissue. FDA-approved for androgen deficiency and inoperable breast cancer in women, it is 17-alpha-alkylated with extreme hepatotoxicity. Halotestin does NOT aromatize and produces no estrogenic effects. It is primarily used for acute strength enhancement in powerlifting and combat sports, and historically used to stimulate aggression in athletes. Due to its extreme hepatotoxicity, cycles are limited to 2-4 weeks maximum.

Safety & Contraindications
- 17-alpha-alkylated - EXTREME hepatotoxicity (among the most hepatotoxic AAS)
- Schedule III controlled substance
- Maximum cycle duration: 2-4 weeks due to liver toxicity
- Does NOT produce significant muscle mass gains despite extreme anabolic rating
- Does NOT aromatize - no estrogenic side effects
- Can cause extreme aggression and mood disturbances
- Severely suppresses HPTA
- Dramatically worsens cholesterol profile
- Very high androgenic effects: rapid hair loss, severe acne
- Monitor liver function before, during, and after use
- Avoid all hepatotoxic substances (alcohol, acetaminophen) during use
- Cardiovascular strain from blood pressure elevation and lipid deterioration
- Not suitable for any long-term use
