Hormonaly Clinical Manual
The clinical onboarding manual for Hormonaly: how to interpret evidence grades, generate protocols, run compound comparisons, and document patient cases inside the platform.
1. Account setup and roles
Hormonaly supports clinician, partner-admin, and viewer roles. The first user on a partner account is provisioned as admin and can invite seats, manage license tier, and configure billing.
2. Generating an evidence-graded protocol
Open the workspace, enter the patient indication, and select target compounds. The Helix orchestrator runs evidence retrieval, cross-encoder reranking, dual-layer citation verification, and a 13-check quality pipeline before returning a structured protocol with GRADE A-D evidence labels.
3. Running a compound comparison
From the compounds index, select two or more compounds and click Compare. The comparison agent surfaces head-to-head trial data, mechanism overlaps, contraindication conflicts, and a structured Three-Lens clinical verdict (ADOPT / CONSIDER / WATCH_AND_WAIT / AVOID / INSUFFICIENT_DATA).
4. Documenting patient cases
Every workspace session is auto-saved with full conversation history, AI rationale, and evidence trail. Cases can be exported as PDF or shared with care-team seats. Patient identifiers are encrypted at rest.
5. Safety, sourcing, and disclaimers
Hormonaly does not dispense medication or provide direct patient care. All output requires clinician review. Sourcing recommendations are limited to FDA-registered 503A/503B compounding pharmacies for U.S. partners; international partners follow local regulatory frameworks.
